Jalisciense Mexican Restaurant is now

open at 2428 Center Street in Deer Park

(former location of Las Hadas restaurant).

They are open 7:00am to 9:00pm daily and feature a full breakfast menu. They also

have bottled beer, margaritas and tequila

shots. The owners are Antonio and Sandra Navarro, who were born and raised from Jesus Maria, Jalisco (motherland of the

majority production of Tequila). The family has over 25 years of restaurant experience in our area, and customers are raving

about the menu (especially the fajitas).

A PASSION FOR ART The Collective is an art center now open at 214 Center Street (next door to Marc Lefkowitz, DDS at the intersection of Center St. and 2nd St.) They offer guitar and songwriting classes (group and individual), art exhibitions, live music performances and more. "At the Collective art gallery, our mission is to bring joy and love to our Deer Park community and beyond. We believe in providing a platform for emerging artists and creating a welcoming space for all. " The owners are current and former educators Danny & Ashleigh Painter and Brock & Michelle Wilson.
