SITE PLAN College life is one of the unforgettable phases of our lives . It impacts our lives in ways we do not even realise and a major part of that experience is the impact the campus and infrastructure has on us.

AREA REQUIREMENTS: Total area Max ground coverage F.S.I OSR Built up area

- 1.5 acres - 60702.8 Sq.m -2 - 6070.28 Sq.m (10%) = FSI (PLOT AREA) - 1,21,405.6Sq.m

My concept for this design was to create a neutral space around which the learning happens giving us the whole college experience!

Religious coexistence, cultural and architectural integrity through the process of CONCENTRIC ARCHITECTURE. It combines different layers of spaces to form an integrated space . The courtyard in the centre is to establish the central focal point for the campus.

DRONE VIEW CULTURAL DIVERSITY - ETHNIC INCLUSIVENESS - CROSS CULTURALISM through “CONCENTRIC ARCHITECTURE”

Earthbag construction is an inexpensive building method using mostly local soil to create structures which are both strong and can be quickly built. A roof can be formed by gradually sloping the walls inward to construct a dome. Vaulted roofs can be built on forms. Windows and doors can be formed with a traditional masonry lintel or with corbeling or brick-arch techniques, on temporary forms. Light may also be brought in by skylights, glass-capped pipes, or bottles placed between bag courses during construction. Cover the wall to prevent damage to the bags from UV rays or moisture with cement-based stucco, or lime or earthen plaster.
