Getting Started

The PhotoCake Online application is your portal to printing PhotoCake Images. It houses all of your PhotoCake Images, both licensed and non-licensed, as well as doing all the heavy lifting for getting top quality prints from your PhotoCake Printer

Required Materials

• A Windows PC that meets technical requirements • High speed internet

Required Materials for Printer

• Printer provided by DecoPac included in kit (modified for printing with edible ink) • Printer USB Cable (Included with Kit) • Power Cable (Included with Kit) • Removable Output Tray (Included with Kit)

PLEASE NOTE

While the printer does have WiFi functionality, this feature is not supported by PhotoCake and will consistently lead to errors including, but not limited to: poor print quality, failure to print items altogether, loss of credits, etc.
