HOW TO USE CAKE STRUCTURE SETS
Learn how to build a tiered cake that will stand up from creation to final destination.

• Align the separator plate and cake board. Gently
press to make an impression on the cake board. This will be your guide when stacking.
• Measure and cut dowel rods to match the height of each cake.

• Assemble Delivery System box. Unfold box and
follow the numbered cut outs to create the bottom of the box, making sure the insert aligns with the size cake board you are using.
• Gently place cake inside Delivery System.

Formulated to achieve the best possible results, there are some differences when using colors derived from all-natural ingredients. Here’s what you need to know when using DecoPac’s All-Natural Colors. HOW IT’S MADE
We extract, filter and evaporate the juice of colorful fruits and vegetables to achieve concentrated, all-natural color. ALL-NATURAL VS. ARTIFICIAL
Because they’re made with all-natural ingredients and without preservatives, All-Natural Colors are less vibrant and not as shelf-stable as artificial colors. It’s not unusual for fading to occur. SMART STORAGE
For best results, store unopened bottles in ambient or refrigerated temperatures. After opening, refrigeration helps preserve color. All-Natural Colors have a 6-month shelf life. MELLOW YELLOW
Any yellow color made with turmeric is not light stable – it can fade within 6 hours of exposure to fluorescent lighting. Keep this in mind when decorating, displaying or transporting cakes with natural yellow color. ICING IMPACT All-natural gel colors in buttercream
