Founded in 1991, Codelocks Inc., a leading access control company, designs and distributes a wide portfolio of innovative, standalone keyless locks and access products for a range of growing markets.
In December 2020, Codelocks announced Gate Solutions by Codelocks, comprehensive kits that include all components needed for simple and effective access control for gate and fence installations. Gate Box Kits include a Codelock, latch and accompanying lock box and hardware. Gate Panic Hardware Kits are also available and include the Codelocks Panic Bar, Panic Trim and accompanying panic hardware components. This solution is ideal for any restricted area that will benefit from controlling access including commercial or residential environments like schools and colleges, hospitals, hotels and backyards.
The Gate Box Kits and Gate Panic Hardware Kits contain all components required for straightforward installation. Featuring adjustable strike plates, dual backplate installation options as well as exit device hardware and accessories, these kits are fully versatile. Not recommended for use on swimming pool safety gates.

Codelocks Inc. warrants all products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Limited Lifetime Warranty on Mechanical models. 2 Year Limited Warranty on Electronic models.
Codelocks Inc. warrants its finish with a ONE Year Limited Warranty against TARNISHING on both the Electronic and Mechanical locks to the original purchaser or premise owner at the location originally installed. This warranty does not cover damages from scratches or abrasions, abuse, or misused products, effect of climate conditions, or damages from chemical or abrasive actions from harsh or caustic cleaning materials, methods or polishing practices. All finishes warranties are limited to Codelocks Inc. locksets and components only.

The Marine by Codelocks range of mechanical locks feature a specially enhanced, salt spray tested* black marine grade finish to better withstand harsh outdoor environments and coastal applications. They’re the same convenient, easy-to-use locks with a tougher exterior.
Following an expansion to the range, it now includes selected locks from the DD CL200, CL400, CL500 and CL600 mechanical ranges, offering the benefits of key override options as well as lever and ball knob handles. Reliable and durable, these locks are ideal for external applications; outbuildings, construction sites, marinas and homes by the water.
