General Sale Information — Terms and Conditions The sale will be conducted as a timed online auction. If you would like to view the bulls before the auction, they are available for inspection at the farm in Kansas City, Kansas. Most bidders will want to utilize the Internet to bid online at www. dvauction.com.

Viewing of Sale Cattle: Bulls are available for viewing any time prior to the sale.

Farm Location & Directions: 7065 Gibbs Rd., Kansas City, KS 66106. — From I-70 West of Kansas City, take I-435 south to exit 8A (Holliday Dr), go 2.75 m East to S 71st St., turn South .25 mile to Gibbs Rd., and turn east to 2nd driveway on right.

Registration Papers: All registration papers on the animals selling are in order and will be transferred to the new owner. Papers will be mailed by the AGA and should be to the new owner in 30-45 days.

Accommodations: There are 10 hotels within 6 miles of the farm and many are livestock trailer accessible. Call Bob Hart for numbers.

Health Information: All cattle sell with a valid health certificate that will allow shipment anywhere in the continental United States.All cattle are guaranteed to meet health requirements to ship to Canada.

EPDS: EPDs are Genomic Enhanced EPDs and are provided by the American Gelbvieh Association and are current at printing of the sale book. The EPDs on Lots 2 and 4 have not been enhanced.

Supplement Sheet: The supplement sheet will be posted on DVAuction website about one week prior to the bull sale.Any information on the supplement sheet or announced on sale day will take precedence over the catalog.

Bulls Health: All bulls will be qualify for interstate shipment. They will be BVD tested and had their Lepto shot. In addition, they will have passed a breeding soundness exam along with being poured with an Ivermectin type of product before delivery. Note – All young bulls under 12 months of age have not been semen tested. They will be tested at 13 months and are guaranteed to pass before bulls leave Hart Farm.
