ABSTRACT 010

What is luxury today? this was the question posed by the brief of this project that had as objective to create a reflection around the value and the content proposed by this market in our times. The result had to be two imaginary spaces that would translate the own interpretation of the question, and that is how Added + Value was born.

The inspiration behind the Valentino Living project was the woman who will inhabit the space, creating in 80.5 m2 (two floors) a stage suitable for her personality, her rituals and her lifestyle. The project thus conceived is the equivalent of a “man cave”, but for a woman. A place custom-built for her and her most intimate guests.

SPACE 03

Inspired by the iconic Puzzle bag from Loewe, its practical dimensions and structure make it a versatile and comfortable product that allows to express easily the style codes of the company. It counts with two calf leather surfaces, one on the top that serves as the support area (sitting, luggage, etc.) which counts with the famous puzzle pattern, and another in the lower area of the crossed legs made of clad in ebony wood, for storage of objects. The bench chair is one of the best sellers of several Fashion Houses’ home collections. It is practical, usually easily to produce and to transport and it does not require enormous amounts of material to create a sophisticated product. On the other hand, the bench chair is a must have in a domestic context and it could be place in several spaces acquiring different functions. For the bedroom at the foot of the bed to sit while dressing, saving slippers and magazines or just as a luggage holder; in the entrance as the perfect elegant and functional piece to leave the purse or portfolio; in the porch occasionally to receive people in formal or informal gatherings.
