SO WHAT EXACTLY GOES ON AT FASHION WEEK THEN? Fashion week is a huge fashion industry event where designers and brands showcase their latest collections to buyers (like Topshop!), magazines and celebs. They basically let the industry know what’s ‘in’ and ‘out’ this season.

The most prominent fashion weeks are held in the fashion capitals of the world — New York, Milan, Paris and London. The spring/summer collections for 2012 are being showcased at the moment — this allows enough time for buyers at high street shops to take inspiration from the designs, so that YOU can rock the trends!

A Day In The Life Of...

Every day is different in my job as Fashion Editor at shout!

hen I arrange photo shoots I organise a photographer, choose models at model castings in the office, book a hair and make-up artist and find a shoot location.Then I need to borrow clothes for the models — I often rush around loads of stores choosing clothes and accessories!
