Have your fill with these easy lunchtime options Sight-seeing can be hungry work. Here are some of SeeDundee’s favourite spots for fuelling your culture fix. V&A DUNDEE CAFE Jack McKeown The café does simple rolls, panini, soups and salads and it’s all freshly-made and healthy stuff. My pork and veggie haggis

An easy and enjoyable lunch in Dundee’s biggest attraction. TAYBLE DELI, BANK STREET Nora McElhone Tayble Deli has been trendily fitted out to make the most of an exposed stone wall and cute fireplace. It’s strictly food to go, though, with no seating. SCRAN FITNESS FOOD, NETHERGATE Nora McElhone It would be easy to pass Scran Fitness Food without noticing but you would be missing out on some tasty fodder. The dinky premises are trendily fitted out and the staff are happy to chat through the different food options. My meal deal comprised spicy brown rice, a protein portion of grilled halloumi, a side of apple slaw and a pot of spicy chipotle mayo. 6. Make a nice bed of sautéed mushrooms in a

wine; 3 cups of vegetable stock; chopped parsley; 1 finely diced red onion; 2 cloves of diced garlic; 2 cups of panko breadcrumbs; 1 large egg; 1 cup of milk; 1 duck egg; Hollandaise sauce.

Method risotto 1. Sauté onions and garlic with olive oil and butter on a medium heat for 15 mins. Use a heavy-based, medium frying pan. 2. Add risotto and coat well. Cook for 2 mins, turning mixture continuously. 3. Add white wine until it evaporates. 4. Add vegetable stock until it evaporates. 5. Remove from heat and fold in the cheese. Add some parsley and half of the mushrooms. The heat from the risotto will cook the mushrooms. 6. Season well with salt and pepper.
