John Paul II High School
TO DEVELOP LEADERS WHO ARE CRITICAL THINKERS AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATORS, COMMITTED TO SERVICE AND ROOTED IN FAITH.
John Paul II High School is a premier, co-ed, Catholic college preparatory high school sponsored by the Diocese of Dallas serving families in the greater Collin County area and beyond. Since its inception in 2005, the school has been rooted in St. John Paul II’s inspirational legacy that compels teachers and staff to rouse the hearts and minds of students, stir their faith, and empower them to create a future based on hope and love.
The John Paul II High School community is a diverse body of students and educators that strive for excellence, value individuality, foster a passion for learning, encourage community service, and instill respect for others. 72% of faculty have advanced degrees, and 95% of students participate in co-curricular activities.
A John Paul II High School education engages students with real-world problems, places them at the center of their learning, teaches them to collaborate across differences, empowers them to connect with resources, challenges them to think critically and creatively, and prepares them to be servant leaders and active citizens rooted in faith. JPII supports students in exploring programs of study that develop a deep appreciation of the arts, humanities, and sciences as equally valuable disciplines that offer various perspectives on the world.
