Projects
AT&T RELOCATION
CITY OF SAN ANTONIO | SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS
DCCM provided engineering, design, and permitting for relocating AT&T fiber routes along Eastgate Boulevard, Peggy Drive, and Stutts Road in San Antonio to avoid conflicts with city and San Antonio Water System improvements. The project included relocating the duct bank, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing detailed manhole designs, preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates, removing conduit and cable, and preparing abandonment plans.
SOUTH FIBER ROUTE REHABILITATION
CENTER POINT ENERGY | HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS
DCCM performed outside plant engineering and design for the South Fiber Route Rehabilitation Project in Harris County, replacing 40 miles of aging fiber and expanding the network to cover 52 miles. The project included the design and permitting of a 144-count single-mode dark fiber route, with both underground and aerial segments, connecting substations and service centers for CenterPoint Energy.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS RELOCATION
CITY OF BRYAN | BRYAN, TEXAS
DCCM provided project management and fiber route relocation design for the City of Bryan, supporting utilities and telecommunications providers while connecting unlinked traffic signals along South College Avenue. The team provided 2 miles of underground fiber and duct bank design, including open-cut, directional-bore, and handhole designs, along with full plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bid and construction-phase support.
