SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING
from BBI Corporate Capabilities
by DCCM
Delivering highly accurate designating and mapping of underground utilities
Our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) team delivers highly accurate designating and mapping of underground utilities and helps clients avoid costly utility conflicts or construction delays caused by unknown or misrepresented utilities.

Three national magazines have published articles on the Binkley & Barfield | DCCM SUE team and their use of cutting-edge electromagnetic technologies to find and map utilities as deep as 50 feet. Our extensive use of electromagnetic technologies is coupled with vacuum excavation and safe-dig techniques to locate and identify utilities.
Our SUE and Utility Coordination teams work closely together and form a real synergy in managing all aspects of utility relocations and redesigns, including avoiding and resolving utility conflicts and addressing construction issues. Our professionals have the in-house capabilities to take any project from conception to completion and operational with the successful balance of accuracy, cost, and timeliness.
