New Mixed-Use Zone: Ultimate Flexibility, w/ Design Standards Rural Protected – Obsolete (was past mechanism for major subdivisions to not allow manufactured homes) Residential Mixed – No longer allow manufactured home parks, but ideal district for areas with water and sewer where commercial isn’t appropriate, but should allow for variety of housing types.
