In this issue, we highlight the stories of just some of the current and former Falcons who perhaps have taken a path less traveled, but are now enjoying satisfying careers. We also feature two Student Government Association presidents, one a recent alumnus, Austin Albro, who is now managing his hometown, literally, and our current SGA president, Kyle Trevithick, who dropped out of college over a decade ago, but has come back as a leader.
We also recognize longtime benefactor, friend and former trustee L. Gale Lemerand, whose name will formally grace our new 84,000-square-foot student center when it opens this spring on our Daytona Beach Campus, as well as the Hosseini’s, Forough and Mori, whose influence and hard work helped secure state capital improvement dollars to fund construction.
