Learn to lie with your eyes. (on mouse over: command changes the response of the eyes to either favorable or unfavorable emotional responses. You “provoke” the eyes’ response by a series of mouse moves; not necessarily obvious; the puzzle is to figure out the face’s personality as the eyes give away little. This is a *disturbing* game, to say the least, emulating certain aspects of real people and the back-stories. ** also a possible title: “Back-story”

1991 saw release of the first disc in the Day For Night imprint, introducing composer Eric Scott to new music circles with “3 Mains” (Day 001). A collection of fift een suites and miniatures arranged for piano and ensem ble, these record ings are con structed and emulated via lo-fi synthetics and samples in lieu of a proper chamber orchestra. For this moving collection of pieces, Eric adopted the genre “avantgarde-jazz-classical – an edgier and more insistent, antithetical cousin to easy listening.”
