Unit U is a vegan leather retail store. Most vegan leather on the market is made of plastic, but Unit U produces their leather from mushrooms and cacti. The store is inspired by the game Final Fantasy 15. The concept is focused around an industrial, magical, and natural setting.

FAR OUT is a hotel for rising artists; singers, dancers, and musicians. Considered an arts hotel, Far Out combines a hotel with studios and artists amenities, to create an all-in-one spot where artists come to sleep and create. Its mission is to provide a creative environment where visiting artists can come to work on their projects, collaborate with local talents, while enjoying the hotel comforts. FAR OUT stands out thanks to its unique modern take on solid 70s vibes.
