CALLOW HALL - DERBYSHIRE Sitting within 35 acres of perfectly manicured gardens and woodland, this country house hotel wanted to make the absolute most of its highly sought after Peak District location. The Dawnvale team was on hand to ensure just that, with the design, build and fit out of a stunning new garden room.
SOUTHSTAND CONCOURSE ETIHAD STADIUM Manchester City called in Dawnvale to assist with the redevelopment of the Etihad Stadium’s South Stand Concourse. Keen to create an elevated experience for fans during home games, the turnkey redevelopment of the Concourse saw a series of modern, vibrant new spaces created where ticket holders could meet, eat, drink, and socialise in dedicated standing and seating areas.
RESTAURANT BAR + GRILL The Leeds Restaurant Bar & Grill (RBG) has consistently offered a remarkable backdrop for savouring delectable cuisine and beverages right in the heart of the city. Nestled within the iconic Old Post Office building, a stone’s throw away from the bustling Leeds train station, this multi-million-pound restoration project was not merely aimed at creating a visually stunning space. It was crafted to provide a delightful experience, and it was Dawnvale’s entrusted responsibility to ensure the flawless execution of this refurbishment, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
