Discuss in advance with the seller what items will remain in the home, obtaining approval from the buyer’s agent (e.g., paint, extra building materials) 92. Offer resources to the seller as needed for emptying the home, including donation suggestions and cleaning services 93. Work with buy-side agent in scheduling and conducting buyer’s final walk-through prior to closing 94. Attend final walk through 95.
