Warehousing & Distribution Established in 2019, Flinders Warehousing & Distribution (FWD) forms part of the Flinders Port Holdings Group. FWD was created through our deep understanding of the industry and the need for simple & effective supply chain solutions for our customers.

Both sites are biosecurity approved to accommodate significant volumes of containers for tailgate, fumigation, heat treatment, washing and more.

We also utilise a fully integrated and highly customisable logistics management software, in all business units.

We have heavy lifting machinery and attachments to manage the unpacking of Out of Gauge (OOG) containers. By transferring OOG containers to FWD, it will eliminate the need for the initial heavy vehicle permit by avoiding road transport and

With these licences and subject to quarantine controls, we can provide quick turnaround times and alleviate the high costs that can be associated with import wharf storage.
