We hope to expand into other joints in the future.

At Tether Medical, we are focused on bringing cutting edge technology in the software and hardware arena that will help severely understaffed ICU nurses save time, stress, and patient lives. Our solution aims to automate the administration of vasopressor medication delivery. Through a closed-loop control, we plan to connect the blood pressure monitor and IV pump to allow for continuous blood pressure monitoring and real-time adjustments to vasopressor medication. We are seeking $100,000 to continue developing the Nyquist product and patent our design.

The FloraSense DermaGuard is revolutionizing the management of chronic wounds by providing a smartphone-enabled, wearable smart bandage. This innovative technology allows both patients and healthcare professionals to monitor the bacterial conditions of wounds in real-time. Our commitment stems from a deep passion for the diabetic community, which is disproportionately impacted by chronic infections. We are seeking $40,000 to further our research and development, enhance our sensors, and initiate preparations for preclinical trials.

Centum Medical is improving peripheral chronic total occlusion (CTO) treatment outcomes via a novel mechanism for trans-lesion guidewire delivery. The Vanguard crossing catheter combines standard rotary drilling with specialized oscillation to target calcified plaque and thrombus, while leaving the vessel walls intact. The Vanguard crossing catheter eliminates the need for vessel reentry devices and lowers the risk of vessel perforations and scarring, providing a safer treatment option for patients with few alternatives. We are currently seeking clinical and industry contacts from leaders in the cardiovascular and interventional radiology space to provide feedback on our phase 1 prototype.
