Review Rally is our company-wide initiative designed to recognize those team members while helping strengthen DSB’s reputation on google. When someone takes the time to share their experience through a Google review and recognizes a DSB team member by name, that employee has the opportunity to be celebrated.

While many of our properties have their own online presence, Review Rally is focused exclusively on the David S. Brown Google Business Profile.

ReVIEWS MATTER Online reviews help future residents, commercial tenants, business partners, and community members understand the level of service they can expect from the David S. Brown team. Every authentic review helps us: Build trust and credibility. Showcase the exceptional service our teams provide. Recognize employees who make a difference. Strengthen DSB’s online reputation. Every interaction matters. Every review tells our story.

HoW IT WORKS 1.A resident, prospect, commercial tenant, vendor, business partner, or community member leaves a Google review on the David S. Brown page. 2.They mention a DSB team member by name. 3.The team member named receives one entry into that month’s raffle. 4.At the end of each month, one winner will be selected. Multiple reviews = multiple entries.
ex. Tamar would receive one entry to the monthly raffle.

How You Can jOIN THE RALLY Create great experiences and make it easy for others to share their feedback. You can: Provide Review Rally cards after positive interactions. Share the Review Rally QR code when appropriate. Remind people that their feedback is appreciated. Encourage others to mention team members who made a difference. A simple way to invite feedback: "I’m glad I could help you today. If you’d like to share your experience, scan the QR code to leave a Google review. Feel free to mention my name."

ReVIEW CARDS Review Rally business cards make it easy to invite feedback after a positive interaction. Write your name on the card and share it with anyone who would like to leave an honest Google review.

ReMINDERS Reviews must always reflect honest experiences. Please invite people to share their genuine feedback. Do not ask for: A positive review. A specific rating. Specific wording in a review. Team members are encouraged to share their own honest feedback about DSB online. However, employee reviews will not count toward raffle entries to keep Review Rally fair and transparent.
