UNSW proposes to host the Decarbonising Australia Business Summit – Day 1 in the Scientia Building located at UNSW Sydney

The main proceedings will take place in Leighton Hall which can easily accommodate 300 attendees.

The Scientia Foyer, located immediately outside Leighton Hall will be used for catering, networking breaks.

Agenda 09:00am - Guest arrival, arrival teas & coffees (30mins) 10:30am – Morning Tea (30mins)

12:15pm - Lunch (1hr)

02:30pm – Afternoon Tea (30mins) 05:45pm – Main proceedings close

In consultation with Austrade, UNSW will select appropriate refreshment and meal packages for the event, however we have outlined some packages overleaf.

Evening Networking Event

6–8pm

Depending on the final numbers, UNSW proposes to host the evening network event either in the Lounge (exclusive use, with a maximum capacity of 220 people) or in the Scientia Foyer if final numbers are 300 attendees as anticipated.

UNSW Sydney is easily accessible by car and public transport, however we propose to organise coaches to transport attendees between our main campus in Kensingt on & the CBD, as required. This will be finetuned in consultation with Austrade.

UNSW will work with Austrade to choose a selection of canapes, substantial item and drinks package for the event .
