When God met with Moses in the burning bush, He gave Moses a challenge – to lead the Children of Israel out of captivity. Out of captivity in Egypt into the Promised Land – just as He had promised Abraham many years before in Genesis 15. And YOU – YOU – have been called to lead the people of God – the nations – out of captivity! Out of sin, out of false religion, out of negative politics, out of unbelief. Everyone that you lead to Christ, you lead them out of captivity – into the Kingdom of God.
So out of the Fire, and in order to fulfil the Promise He had made to Abraham, God said to Moses, “I have come down to deliver!” And today, out of the Fire, God says to you and to me, “I am come down to deliver!”
