The company came under scrutiny in 2016 when it faced a lawsuit related to an injury that occurred within its purview. NADKOS INC. served as the general contractor for CHESAKL ENTERPRISES, INC., assuming responsibility for insuring the construction site and all involved employees. In May 2015, an individual named Vafayev suffered an injury due to the general contractor's negligence.

Instances of negligence persisted, with a case in 2018 involving GIORGI CHADUNELI, who sustained injuries from an industrial steel beam at a facility controlled by CHESAKL ENTERPRISES, INC.
