CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME Welcome to The Journal for Goal Achievement. You’ve taken a bold step forward in your personal development; to help you build a life you once thought was out of reach. The bleak reality is that many people drift through life, passively accepting whatever cards they are dealt—all whilst dreaming of something better. They hold onto these hopes, without taking any steps to make them a reality. At the same time, another group of people who also dream of a more enriched existence, take on a more proactive role. They choose their direction in pursuit of their goals, seek out opportunities, and move towards them with determination. They chart their own course.
What sets these two groups apart? At surface level it’s the difference between a passive and proactive nature. One group surrenders to their circumstances while the other creates the conditions for success. You could say that the proactive group creates their own luck. But the biggest and most fundamental difference is that successful people are prepared to do the things that others are not. Their daily habits and routines feed their goals, which take them ever closer towards their dreams. By choosing this journal, you’ve made a commitment to your future self. And your future starts today. You’re a proactive dreamer, and doer, that places no restrictions on what you can achieve.

WHY I CREATED THE JOURNAL FOR GOAL ACHIEVEMENT A few years ago I faced one of the toughest moments of my life. After seven years of running my business, I still hadn’t developed a productive and repeatable system of achievement, and almost lost everything. I’ve always been very highly skilled, but was struggling with productivity. I believed that working longer was the secret to getting to the next level. But instead of finding success I became a busy fool, relentlessly pushing forward without making any real progress. I had a clear vision of where I wanted to get to, but lacked defined goals or a plan for how to get there. Good intentions were not enough. 1
At a time when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, I reached breaking point. My health deteriorated because I’d become severely overweight, and areas of my personal life fell apart. In desperation, I took a high-risk loan to avoid losing my company. The realisation that I had almost sacrificed everything rushed through my mind. I sought help from an executive coach. I learnt productivity systems, clear goal setting and became results focused. The shift was unreal. I went from working eighty hours a week, to just fifteen, with four times the output. This is where my journey of personal development began, and I was captivated. The goal achievement system in this journal was built by standing on the shoulders of giants like Tony Robins, Steven Covey and The Five Minute Journal. I took the best parts of their work, alongside my years of personal development, and created my own unique way of working towards my goals. When people began asking how I managed to make such a positive shift so quickly, I found it difficult to explain my hybrid method—so I knew I needed to simplify it into a more practical, portable system. I even had to carry eight different hardback books when I travelled. That’s when I decided to create this journal. Journals generally focus on either gratitude or goal achievement. But why not have both? The Journal for Goal Achievement is the simplest way to have everything in one book. A simple, yet powerful tool to help you reach your goals, whilst remaining mindful, and at peace.

THE FUNDAMENTALS The Journal for Goal Achievement guides you through three fundamental phases. Defining a new identity; creating goals to support your new identity; a journal to deliver your results in three daily steps.
IDENTITY Our identity is not determined by the goals we achieve, but the habits we practice daily. Good habits consistently applied is how we achieve our ultimate vision of ourselves. Systems, routines, and rituals create lasting change and are far more powerful than simply ticking off a goal. In this journal you’ll assess your current identity, explore the shifts you want to see, and start living it today. It’s that simple. Your identity is the highest expression of who you are and what you do, guiding everything else in your life.
GOALS There’s nothing more satisfying than achieving a big goal, except the feeling of consistently improving yourself each day to gradu5
ally achieve multiple goals over time. Each step brings you closer towards your vision of yourself. This journal will help you define goals that align with your identity, and build a results-based plan to achieve them. You’ll set these goals before you begin daily journalling, as the journal will be where you record your progress by incorporating your goals into your everyday actions.
JOURNAL One of the most powerful aspects of journalling is capturing the key events of your life in real time—reflecting for just a few minutes a day when everything is fresh in your mind. This method is not only efficient, but will give the most accurate account. The magic happens when you look back and see the evolution of your journey and all the growth you’ve achieved along the way. During your day-to-day journalling you’ll focus on: Gratitude: Embracing the things you appreciate. Continuous improvement: Defining three small actions to push you forward. Personal affirmations: Strengthening your beliefs about who you’re becoming. Reflection and growth: Closing each day with a reflection on what you’ve achieved, and how you’ll improve tomorrow. This is where your transformation begins, one small step at a time.
6
THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTINUOUS SELF IMPROVEMENT Let’s pause for a moment. Personal development demands commitment. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. You’ve already proven you’re among the elite few who are ready to embrace the challenge of bettering themselves. So it makes sense that growth doesn’t come from making a few changes, and expecting them to last a lifetime. Continuous improvement is exactly that—the journey doesn’t stop, there’s no finish line. There’s both the need to maintain progress made, and the opportunity to evolve the goal into something even greater. In this journal you’ll create a new identity and set goals to bring this new identity to life. This is just the beginning. The path to personal mastery lies in an evolution. While aiming for a specific target is important, focusing on the end entirely can stall progress and potentially cause you to fall back into old patterns. The first step is to set goals big enough to challenge you so they’re difficult to achieve. Or, they are a series of smaller goals that become progressively harder. Most importantly, goals are destinations on the horizon. When the destination is reached, you simply move the goalspost back. You then set new, bigger goals to strive for, and so the journey never truly ends. You will continue to evolve and move forward with momentum towards your highest potential.

YOUR IDENTITY
THE IDENTITY EVOLUTION CYCLE
WHAT IS AN IDENTITY? We all possess an identity that is shaped by the sum of our daily habits. These every day actions are vital because they define who we are.
THE IDENTITY EVOLUTION CYCLE So how do we alter our identity? Refer to the ‘Identity Evolution Cycle’ illustrated opposite. You begin by defining your new identity, and placing it at the top of the cycle. Next, set goals and habits that align with this new identity. As you work towards these goals and practice your new habits consistently, you’ll transform into the person you visualised. This journalling system is designed to be a continual feedback loop. The Identity Evolution Cycle involves: •
Recognising your current state honestly, how would you describe yourself? 11
•
Feeding in a new identity at the top to reflect the changes you wish to see.
•
Defining specific goals to support this new identity.
•
Working on your goals each day with good habits.
•
Measuring progress backwards and recording it honestly.
•
Celebrating your achievements and becoming your new identity.
•
Repeating the cycle with a new journal and a new identity.
YOUR CURRENT IDENTITY Let’s start by taking a closer look at how you see yourself right now. This requires you to recognise both your strengths and weaknesses with absolute honesty. Transformation requires vulnerability. The more honestly you reflect on who you are today, the stronger your new identity will be. Tips for defining your current identity: •
Avoid trying to think about how you would like to see yourself .
•
Write freely using the first ideas that come into your head.
•
Don’t worry about perfect grammar, the sentiment is more important.
And remember, this isn’t the end goal. The next step defines your new identity—the future self you would like to be. This is where you’ll apply your focus.

DEFINING YOUR NEW IDENTITY The key to unlocking your potential strongly rests on the identity you set for your future self. The next step in this journey is pivotal to shape who you want to become. Find a comfy spot, take a deep breath and close your eyes. Imagine a life without constraints—time and money aren’t a concern. Ask yourself, what would your ideal life look like? Place no restrictions on your vision for yourself. This vision will act as your north star. Here’s an example identity that’s aspirational enough to last a lifetime, and covers both personal and professional areas. A bold identity like this may require many goals to be achieved over many years to turn it into a reality.
Example I want to be known for mentoring young entrepreneurs, helping them build businesses that align with their passions, whilst achieving financial freedom and leading a balanced, peaceful life.

personal and professional life. Use the space below to jot down your thoughts and ideas for crafting the identity you’ll step into.

TIPS FOR SHAPING YOUR NEW IDENTITY •
Begin by writing two to three individual sentences that capture the spirit of your future self. Keep it concise, yet clear enough that you could share it with a friend without them needing clarity.
•
A well-defined identity should serve as your strongest affirmation, potentially for a lifetime.
•
While your identity may evolve as you grow, its foundational meaning will likely stay the same, reflecting the core of who you truly are.

YOUR GOALS
"There are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on your own thinking" Brian Tracy
18
CREATE GOALS THAT SUPPORT YOUR NEW IDENTITY Now you’ve embraced your new identity, it’s time to define goals that will help you bring it to life. Remember, you step into your new identity from the moment you choose to start living it, and the first step is with mindset. Taking action to achieve your goals is a process, but it’s your belief system that will drive the fundamental changes needed in your character to succeed. Goal achievement isn’t just about the destination—it’s about the journey.
19
WHAT IS A GOAL? Think of a goal as a project with a clear outcome. It’s not just an idea or a wish. It can be measured at any point along the way—it’s something tangible where progress can be seen.
HOW BIG SHOULD MY GOALS BE? Your goals should be ambitious, pushing you beyond what you can achieve today with your current skills and resources. Be bold, and dream big. Your goals should stretch you beyond anything you’ve previously achieved, taking you to new heights. Also, don’t aim for goals that can be easily achieved in a week or a month. Major goals that support your grand identity can take years to achieve. However, for the purpose of this journal, break your goals into steps that are achievable within six to twelve months.
CREATE AN ACTION PLAN—THE HOW An action plan is a list of practical steps you can take in your daily life to move closer to your goals. It’s NOT a to do list and should NOT feel like a rigid set of rules. Think of it as a ‘how-to’ guide covering all the possible routes to help you move towards your goal.
READY TO CREATE YOUR GOALS? The first step to creating your goals is to assess the seven key areas of your life, which you’ll find in the Categories of Personal Development. Let’s begin!
20
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT When setting your goals, it’s helpful to first take a step back and explore the different areas of personal development. Think of it as creating a map—before you can plan your route, you need to know exactly where you stand. By understanding your position, you’ll find it easier to focus on the areas that matter most and set goals to strengthen them. Sometimes, we excel in one area but struggle in others. For instance, someone who pours all their energy into work may be thriving in their career, yet find their relationships or physical and mental health neglected. While some may prefer this focused approach, others seek balance, aiming for growth across all areas of life. Whilst there is no right or wrong way, you should find that the categories you want to give the most attention, are strongly linked to your identity—your ultimate vision for your life.
21
LIFE HARMONY MODEL The diagram opposite highlights key areas that relate to personal development. As an example, each area has been scored from 0-100%. Keep in mind the categories aren’t exhaustive. You may identify other areas to develop as part of your own journey—this is personal to you.
Category definitions Physical: Develop a clean diet, health strategies, and effective training plans. Mindset: Master mental models, motivation, focus, and state management. Spiritual: Explore meditation, mindfulness, religious faith, or develop a deeper sense of purpose and spiritual identity. Relationships: Create an abundance of meaningful connections with family, friends and romantic partners. Financial: Learn how to leverage your skills and time to increase earnings and wealth. Occupational: Achieve more in less time by boosting productivity and efficiency in your work, mission or study. Lifestyle: Live life on your own terms, travel the world, and design the life you want.

YOUR LIFE HARMONY MODEL Now it’s your turn. Take a moment to complete the blank Life Harmony Model opposite by scoring yourself in each of the categories. Once you have your scores, connect each point with a line. Try shading the area inside the lines for a clearer visual. Remember, this exercise should reflect your own perspective, so complete this based on your own personal evaluation, rather than comparing yourself to others. Take a moment and ask yourself which of these need your attention. In the space below, note down ideas for the areas you would like to set goals for improvement.

ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS The key to achieving your goals lies in steady, daily progress. Focus on small continuous steps rather than overwhelming yourself with huge leaps. This approach is inspired by the Japanese term 'Kaizen'—meaning continuous, gradual improvement. Goals are reached by continuous application of good habits and remaining disciplined. It doesn’t require hours of effort, just a little time each day. Goals can be achieved in two ways: 1. Small repeatable habits. 2. Non-repeatable tasks like to-do items. Most goals require a mixture of both for steady progress. 27
Amongst your goals there should be one or two that are primary. All your goals are important because personal development is holistic, but primary goals will have the biggest impact on your life. You’ll work on your primary goals alongside three of four others.
HOW MUCH TIME EACH DAY? Aim to work on three small tasks a day, spending between twenty minutes to one hour on each. It may seem like a small commitment, but this method is sustainable. The most important element is consistency. It’s far better to work a little each day, rather than trying to cram in lots of hours, all at once, only to burnout.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS? You may be surprised—goals can be achieved in less time than you think. Carrying out the rituals, routines and habits aligned to them for an hour or so daily, won’t feel like a hard slog—as long as they’re done consistently. Remember, goals you’re working towards will be reached one hundred percent faster than goals you’re not! It’s true, the scale and complexity will play a role. In this journal we recommend you focus on goals that will take between six and twelve months to achieve. In the next section we look at estimating how long your goals will take. But always remember, it should be a fun and rewarding experience. Enjoy the process!
28
S.M.A.R.T. GOALS It’s important that each goal has a clear, understandable outcome that can be easily measured. A powerful way to do this is by using the S.M.A.R.T. method. A simple yet effective approach to goal-setting. S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym that stands for: Specific: Make your goal specific and narrow enough for effective planning. Measurable: Make sure your progress can be measured. Achievable: Make sure you can reasonably accomplish your goal in a given time frame. Relevant: Align your goal with your values, identity and longterm aspirations. Time-bound: Set a realistic but ambitious end point to drive action and motivation.
ESTIMATING HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO ACHIEVE EACH GOAL Estimating how long a goal will take is essential to ensure they’re S.M.A.R.T. Start by defining the tasks that sit underneath the goal. These are the specific steps needed to achieve it. Estimate how many hours each task will take. It’s important to note that the time you’re calculating is the actual working time you’ll spend on the task. See example goals on page 31 in this journal.
29
Of these tasks, you’ll circle those which are essential—these are your ‘must-dos’ to reach your goal. The reason for identifying essential tasks is to help you prioritise. Not all tasks need to be completed to achieve the goal. Some tasks simply offer alternative routes. So, the total (hours) for all tasks can either represent the maximum time the goal will take, or the total for your ‘must-do’ items. The latter will give you the minimum time a goal could take. It’s up to you which you choose to record. Also, consider if you can ask for help from others, or use additional resources to speed up the process. The right support can often make a big difference in how quickly you achieve your goal.
A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO DEFINING YOUR GOALS On the following pages you'll find two example goals, one business focused and one personal. Use these examples to guide you when creating your own goals. Step 1: Choose the Life Harmony Model category that best matches your goal. Step 2: Enter a Goal ID, then write a goal that is specific, measurable and meaningful. Step 3: Tick the Primary box if this is one of your one or two highest-priority goals.
30
Then, on each line under “How can I best achieve my goal?”: Step 4: Under “How can I best achieve my goal?”, list the tasks that could help you achieve it. There is space for several tasks, but use as many or as few as you need. Step 5: Assign each task a Task ID (a, b, c...) and estimate the time each task will take. Add the total at the bottom. Step 6: Circle the Task IDs that are essential (‘must-do’) tasks. Step 7: Complete “Why do I want it?” This is your emotional reason for achieving the goal and helps maintain motivation. Step 8: Decide “My reward”—a meaningful way to celebrate your achievement when the goal is complete. Step 9: Complete “Who can help me achieve this goal?” Think about people who could provide support, accountability, knowledge or expertise. As you begin your daily journalling: Step 10: Tick Done as you complete each task. Step 11: Tick Achieved once your goal has been accomplished. Remember, you may achieve your goal before every task is complete if you've found a better or faster route. Your daily journal entries will then link directly back to these goals, helping you stay focused on meaningful progress each day.

TIME TO CREATE YOUR GOALS Now it’s time to define the goals you’ll work on over the next six to twelve months. You’ve done so much ground work already and it’s essential your goals align to this. So, refer back to your new identity on page 16 and areas of personal development in your completed Life Harmony Model on page 25. As you set your goals, you’ll be creating the logical link between your new identity and your daily rituals, routines and habits. Find a quiet place to sit, free from distractions. Think clearly about your new identity. You’re going to confirm this identity with the goals you’re about to create. Begin by creating three to four goals and make only one or two of them primary. This is to leave some space for future goals that may become relevant part way through the six-month period of this journal.
SMALL CHANGES, EPIC RESULTS Remember, goal achievement isn’t a prison, you should always feel like you want to work towards your future self. Whilst procrastination is real, once you begin this process, you should notice two things: 1. You reinforce the habits daily making them easier. 2. You begin to see signs of improvement which in turn gives you more motivation. Use the space on the next three pages to write down goals, and tasks that support your new identity. 34

USING THE JOURNAL
NOW YOU'RE READY TO START YOUR JOURNAL Congratulations! You’ve successfully created your new identity, outlined your goals, and developed an action plan for each one. Now comes the exciting part—it's time to start pursuing those goals while embracing your new identity. This is the moment where you’ll truly witness the fruits of your hard work and dedication.
42
HOW TO USE THE JOURNAL EACH DAY Each page of the journal represents one day, divided into two parts. The Intent—your morning routine and The Reflection— your evening account. The Intent is where you’ll set your daily intentions before you begin your day. The Reflection is a record of the day’s events and a chance to contemplate how you performed on your goals, and on your overall wellbeing.
JOURNALLING ONCE OR TWICE A DAY? The choice is entirely up to you. Whilst this journal is designed for two entries a day at different times (Intent in the morning and Reflection in the evening), it‘s flexible enough to work with your routine. If you prefer to journal just once, you can combine both into a single entry. Start by reviewing your previous day and filling in the Reflection, then set your intentions for the next day by completing the Intent section. As the author, I find the best time to journal during my early morning routine, right after I finish my workout. I make my favourite coffee, sit in my garden, and let the peace of nature surround me. This is my time to reflect, plan, and consider my tasks for the day. This ritual gives me a moment of calm. It clears my mind and sets a positive tone before my day begins. 43
THE INTENT (MORNING ROUTINE) Think of The Intent as your morning ritual, a way to align your mindset and set the tone for your day before diving into the tasks ahead. Ideally you would complete this section as soon as you wake up, before your day gains momentum. However, as explained, you can journal twice a day—morning and evening, or once in the evening. What matters most is that you take the time to reflect, and complete The Intent before the day truly begins.
GRATITUDE SECTION Start by filling in the date. Take a few moments to write down up to three things you’re grateful for. Gratitude is very important, acting as a grounding tool—reminding you of what’s already great in your life. It’s very powerful in cultivating happiness and fostering healthy relationships. Whether big or small, the things you’re thankful for help shape your perspective on the day ahead.
Things I am grateful for
Sitting in the garden enjoying the morning sun. Freedom to build a business that lets me control my time
44
FOCUS OF THE DAY This section is designed to help you identify your main goal for the day. If you could accomplish just one thing, what would it be? For some, this is the task they tend to avoid (the most challenging or perhaps dreaded thing on their list) to clear the day ahead. For others, it serves as a daily reminder of the main goal or intention they want to focus on. There is no ‘right approach’, it is for your own personal use. Focus of the day

AFFIRMATION TO SET MY DAILY STATE Affirmations are empowering statements about yourself that help shape your mindset. These positive declarations support your identity. Your physiology, self-talk, and mental state are interconnected—one influences the other. This means that by starting your day with a powerful affirmation, and aligning your actions with it, you can alter your mental state. Affirmation to set my state
Every focused action I take today builds the future I want
THE REFLECTION (EVENING ROUTINE) The Reflection is where you capture the essence of your day. A moment to contemplate your progress, mindset, and how well you pushed forward towards your goals. The best time for reflection is right before you go to bed. This is your opportunity to look back and allow lessons from the day to sink in. These will be your final conscious thoughts before you drift to sleep. This process will help you grow, allowing the brain to internalise any areas for improvement during rest.
46
However, as mentioned earlier in “How To Use The Journal Each Day”, you can journal once or twice a day—whether in the morning or evening. What’s most important is to complete each section, before the next period begins.
TICK OFF COMPLETED TASKS FROM THE INTENT If you haven’t done so already, tick off any completed tasks from the “Three small things I will do today”. This helps to close the loop on your daily actions. Be sure to only mark tasks that are fully done.
NOTEWORTHY WINS OF THE DAY Next, record any standout achievements or highlights from your day. These may be tasks related to your goals that were unplanned. Or pleasant surprises that added value to your journey. Use the same method as you did in the The Intent, linking tasks to their relevant goals.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE? This section invites you to reflect on your day with honesty and curiosity. It’s a space for you to jot down any thoughts on how things went and where there might be room for growth. Is there something you feel could have been done differently? This is the moment to capture those insights. How can I improve?
I need to avoid checking emails first thing and protect my morning focus. Tips for completing the daily Reflection: •
The best time to fill out your daily Reflection is just before you drift off to sleep, even after any evening reading. Let this be the final activity of your day, a quiet reflection before rest.
•
Once you've finished, avoid screens, music, or media—allow your mind to settle into the calm you've created, giving space for your reflections to sink in.
HABITS: THE NON-NEGOTIABLES Habits are the small, repeatable actions that shape your life dayto-day. They support your future vision of yourself. They’re the building blocks of success. Think of habits as both the daily prac-
48
tices you commit to and the one-off tasks you tackle to stay on course. It’s the reinforcement of these good habits that enables you to reach even the largest ambitions.
CUE > BEHAVIOUR > REWARD Every habit has three essential components; an emotional cue, a behavioural response and a reward. In this journal, let each entry serve as your cue, while your daily actions become your behavioural response. Stick with it, and the reward will follow. It’s all about consistency and the pursuit of continuous improvement.
WEEKLY HABIT TRACKER As you embark on each new week, you’ll find a dedicated space for notes and planning. This is your opportunity to lay out your goals and define the habits you wish to cultivate over the next seven days. Here, you can jot down those repeatable habits that have become a part of your daily routine—your non-negotiables. Unlike the three things you plan to tackle each day, these are the actions you commit to no matter what. Perhaps it’s to wake up early, squeeze in a workout, or read a chapter from a book. As the author, my non-negotiables include journalling, reading, exercise and maintaining a balanced diet. These are the habits I uphold every single day. I may have specific goals set on my health and fitness, such as achieving a certain body fat percentage. This will require specific tasks, but exercise in itself is a non-negotiable habit I will always do. What are your non-negotiable habits that you can set and track weekly?
CONTEMPLATION You’ll have three key moments of contemplation throughout your journey: 1. First-week contemplation: After committing to journalling for your first week, take a moment to capture your experiences. Reflect on whether you can continue this daily practice for the full six months and beyond. 2. Three-month contemplation: This is your chance to step back and assess your journey. Review your journal entries and see if you’ve made noticeable progress toward your goals. Don’t forget to document any accomplishments along the way. 3. Six-month contemplation: At this stage, you should be able to celebrate some significant achievements in your goal achievement journey. Take time to reflect on how you’ve evolved and developed your identity over these six months. 50

USING THE JOURNAL: SUMMARY The Intent (also known as the Morning Routine) This section is designed to be completed first thing in the morning, or right before bed if you prefer to set your intentions for the next day, the night before. Gratitude: Begin your day by jotting down the things you’re grateful for. Focus of the day: Write down the most challenging and important task for the day.
Three things I will do today: Identify three small actions that align with your goals. Be sure to note the Goal and Task ID.
Affirmation to set my state: Add a positive affirmation that will elevate your mindset for the day.
The Reflection (also known as the Evening Routine) This part of the journal is to be completed at the end of your day, just before you go to sleep or the following morning before you begin your Intent. Noteworthy wins of the day: Reflect on your day and write down any wins, no matter how small. You can note the Goal and Task ID, just like you did in the Intent. How can I improve: Write a few lines here to contemplate how you could have enhanced any aspect of your day.

THREE-MONTH CONTEMPLATION Congratulations on reaching the three-month milestone with The Journal for Goal Achievement! This is a significant accomplishment. Three months is often enough time to start noticing shifts in your daily habits. You might even see some early signs of progress toward your goals. However, don’t get too caught up in the results just yet. The key focus right now is consistency. Remember, we’re the sum of our daily habits. If you want to transform your life, it’s crucial to nurture these habits—this is how all significant goals are achieved. Take a moment to reflect on the past three months. Write down any major accomplishments and include your thoughts on how you can reinforce any new habits you’ve adopted.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Andrew Holt is an entrepreneur in the cloud software industry and creator of the Andy Holt YouTube channel, where he shares content on goal achievement, health and fitness, lifestyle design, and personal development. In 2019, Andrew faced one of the most challenging periods of his life. After a series of poor business decisions and a decline in both his mental and physical wellbeing, he sought the support of an executive coach. This experience transformed the way he approached goals, habits, and personal growth. Over the following years, Andrew developed a practical system for setting goals, building habits, and focusing on the actions that create meaningful results. The system helped him improve every area of his life while working more intentionally and effectively than ever before. Wanting to share these principles with others, Andrew combined everything he had learned into The Journal for Goal Achievement, a simple framework designed to help people gain clarity, take consistent action, and achieve meaningful goals. Andrew lives with his family in North Manchester, UK, and enjoys travel, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, building businesses, and creating content that helps others reach their potential. 274
