Types of Homework

1. Research

Researching homework is a kind of conducting the survey. You have to ask some questions related to the topic assigned by your professor. Then you will seek their answers from family, friends, and neighbours and can also search for them. Also, you need to take some photos and videos for reference. Well, it is one of the easiest homework.

2. Practice

Well, it is basically mathematics homework or solving questions. However, in this, the teacher already tells and describes the procedure along with an example in the classroom. Then gives similar questions in homework. This type of work develops practice habits in students.

3. Integration

Students find this type of homework difficult to do. Mostly it is given for subjects such as science and physics. This build connection with all the learning student made so far in that subject because these are complex subjects which cannot be defined without interlinking.

4. Application

It is fun learning homework. Mostly, it is given for science, mathematics or English. It involves the application of knowledge in daily life. For example- using new words while speaking or basic maths for calculating bills.

5.Extension

Extension means the same as extending the limits. So, in this, whatsoever students learn from a teacher is used with involving critical thinking. A simple example of this can be, searching for similar sentences which were taught in class.

6.Reversed

Basically, here reversed means doing homework before any classwork. However, it is easy because most of the time, you have to go with some content professor gives before explaining it to you, and you have to go through that.

7.Preparation

Have you ever been assigned to read the chapter before it started? Or are you asked to come up with questions without discussing that topic? It is the same thing you have to do for preparation homework.
