In Ethiopia, Sisters created an income-generation program that equips vulnerable women and families, including those with disabilities, by providing business skills, life training, and work experience, ultimately promoting economic independence.
In Poland, they provide emotional and spiritual support to children and families, creating a sense of community through cultural and educational activities.
In Ethiopia’s Amhara region, where female participation in education is low and child labor is prevalent, Sisters offer integrated services that include food aid, economic empowerment, and free preschool education for impoverished children. Their unique and community-centered approach provides support across multiple needs within the same project, helping to break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy.
In Mexico, Sisters provide safe shelters offering food, hygiene, and emotional support to mothers and children, allowing them time to rebuild their lives.
Similarly, in Madagascar, a simple but impactful water project alleviates the burden of fetching water, improving children’s health and enabling them to focus on education.
In Colombia, Sisters help mothers and children feel valued and supported, offering guidance on their rights and spiritual care.
