Buhari cannot find certificate until WAEC produced controversial result. Is this impurity of highest order? .

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) is an examination board that conducts the West African Senior Certificate Examination and Jamb entry examination in West Africa countries since 1952 till date. The Council has contributed to education in Anglophonic countries of West Africa in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Gambia with the number of examinations they have coordinated, and certificates they have issued. The Registrar of the Council, Dr. Iyi Uwadiae presents result of President Buhari at the President’s mini conference hall at the Presidential Villa, Asokoro Abuja Nigeria. Many reactions continue to trail the presentation of the attestation certificate and confirmation of WAEC result of Muhammad Buhari.

The 2015 Statement of Result presented dated 21 January, 2015 carried eight subjects in the following subjects: English Language, Hausa Language, Literature-in-English, History, Geography, Mathematics, Health Science and Wood Work. But Buhari recorded 'F9' in Mathematics and Wood Work; could that be the reason the two subjects were missing from the certificate presented to him on Friday, November 2, 2018? . WAEC disagrees with Presidency, says Buhari applied for results. ‘’We would not have given him the document if he didn’t apply, it is only Buhari or a court that can ask for the results, there is no other person; so he asked for it’’.

Malam Garba Sheu Special Assistant to the President said, ’The President did not apply for the documents, I made this clear in an opinion I wrote on Friday, the presentation of the document to the President was strictly an initiative of WAEC’’.

A Lagos based lawyer Itesele Kingsley Okhai has asked the Federal High Court Lagos to declare President Buhari ineligible to participate in the next year election for failing to produce and present his certificate to the INEC, the lawyer in a suit filed on October 29, 2018 seeking an order of court disqualifying the President Buhari from contesting in the 2019 Presidential election on the provision of the electoral Act (as amended and INEC form 001).

Buhari was born 1942;76 years 66-76 is equal 10 he sat for WAEC at age of 10.The Buhari ‘s new WAEC result contained English language C5,English Literature P7,History A3,Geography C6 Hausa C5 Health Science C6.It does Contained Mathematics. Buhari sat for WASC in 1961and Hausa language was introduced as a subject until 1975.Critics observed.

Many questions critics were asking should be directed to WAEC not Buhari.

The picture on the new WAEC, he looks like 90 years old. Some critics says ‘’Do we have any grade like A3 that time? We only have A1 b2 b3 C4 C5 C6 D7 E8 F9.Buhari dropped out of secondary School to join the military and there is no record of his going back to school to sit for WAEC. Many questions remained unanswered.

Buhari is the only one out of the 79 Presidential candidates refusing to submit his credential as required by INEC law. Buhari said his credentials are with the military in 2015 and 2018 but Brigadier General Olajide Laleye former director of Army public relations told newsmen recently that the military was not in possession of Buhari’s WAEC result. He said Buhari applied to join the military as a form Six student of the Provincial

Secondary School, Katsina on 18 October 1961.Many critics say Buhari is not the only retired military officer to contest in Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo of PDP, Olagunsoye Oyinlola of PDP and Ojukwu Odumegwu of APGA have contested in the past and they have submitted their credentials to the INEC without controversies.

Buhari’s lawyer who represented him in the certificate suit gave the presiding judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola N500,000, he said it is not bribe but gift 2015.

WAEC was established 1951, the institution didn’t conduct exams in the Northern Nigeria as the Northern Nigerian Regional Government opted for exams conducted by University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate, UCLES. This continued until after Independence and ended after Constitutional Regional Government was broken up.

WAEC Office says ‘No Records of Buhari Here’ .We recall that Buhari hired 13 Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) 2015 regards his controversial results .The certificate issuer Mr Ajayi is aged 86 said he issued Buhari’s WAEC result. The Statement of result issued by Katsina College presented in 2014/2015 which 13 SANs and 45 lawyers were defending Buhari had B3 in History. The result of today-presented 2018 issued by WAEC Buhari has A1 in the same History as a subject. Mathematics he wrote then 2015 statement of result Buhari had F9,but in 2018.WAEC that subject has disappeared .His name was spelt correctly as Muhammadu in the letter of recommendation of the Principal from Katsina which he sent to Army not Mohamed as showed in this report. WAEC doesn’t offer Hausa Language in 1961, it was introduced in 1974.

The resignation of Former Nigerian Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun was accepted based on NYSC Forgery certificate. Is there now legitimate and illegitimate forgery? This is impurity of the highest order. Mr Alex Ajayi said recently that he issued Buhari’s WAEC certificate, Nigerians are expecting him to come forward to give more explanation.

Tonye Barcanista asked these seven questions on social media based on the WAEC result of the President Buhari 1. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria have the power to issue certificate the second time after the first is issued and without first retrieval of the first certificate (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

2. Is WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria (and globally) have the right to issue a fresh certificate to an individual after a previous issuance even when the individual never reported that the previous certificate contains error nor returned same to allow for a fresh certificate to be issued (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

3. Is it not expected of WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria to issue a certified true copy of certificate to individuals whose certificates got lost, stolen or damaged, as with the global norm and policy?

4. If President Buhari swore on oath on five occasions (2003, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019) that his original WAEC certificate was with the Military board, does it not amount to fraudulent practice for him to be issued a fresh certificate by WAEC? 5. If President Muhammadu Buhari applied to WAEC for misplaced/stolen/damaged original certificate, is WAEC permitted under the law to issue a fresh certificate or a certified true copy of the previous certificate?

6. If question 5 is the case, does it not amount to deception under oath by President Muhammadu Buhari to have alleged in his affidavit that his certificate was with the military board instead, and thereby committing perjury?

7. Has Nigeria become a Banana Republic where those in power are permitted to do as they please without regards for procedures, policies and laws? Ends.

Incompetence of the Africans with a long strip of degrees, the incompetence leaders and corrupt politicians, the business church men/women and intellectuals at home and diaspora must always remember that the country may ran into a serious crisis in the future if they fail to discuss about the infrastructure development and vote wisely for a credible candidate 2019 general elections. Nigeria is poor global competitiveness despite its status as African’s biggest oil producer.
