DIAMOND DRILLING

Diamond Drilling is a specialist method used to cut/drill holes and openings through Concrete and Brick structures Openings range from 12mm to 1m and have a huge reach of depth to be able to pass through any desired structure.

• Wet & Dry core drilling

• Low noise

• Dust Free

• Stitch Drilling for greater range of size/ shape of opening

• Small and compact machinery for confined spaces and working from height

• Precise accuracy

ROBOTIC DEMOLITION

Demolition Robot Advantages

• Demolition power: despite its compact size, Brokk machines can outperform excavators five times as big.

• Remote controlled operation: maximizes efficiency while keeping the operator safe from harmful vibrations and dangerous areas.

• Extraordinary reach and power in all directions, providing maximum precision and accuracy.

• No exhaust fumes: less noise and less maintenance.

• Easy to manoeuvre and easy to transport. Can get access through narrow spaces and climbs stairs.

• A whole range of attachments for many different tasks.

DIAMOND CUTTING

Track / Wall Sawing is the safest way to carry out fast and precise cuts through concrete and brick whilst being operated from a safe distance.

• Track mounted for accurate and fast cutting

• Dust free

• Able to cut walls, floors and slopes

• Remote controlled

• Smooth cut surface finish

• Able to carry out flush cuts close to walls / obstructions

• Able to cut up to 1 m+ in depth

CONCRETE CRUNCHING

Concrete Crunching is a light handheld machine which has high power capacity using vibration free and noise free concrete demolition processes.

Crunchers can be used to demolish slabs, walls, columns and RC stairs. The concrete is broken into rubble whilst separating it from the steel/ reinforcement.

• Dust Free

• Eliminates HAVS

• Avoids cutting through reinforcement

• Reduced Noise

• Safe Breaking Method

CONCRETE BURSTING

Concrete Bursting is low noise-controlled demolition operation which can be carried out remotely. Using hydraulic power, it can break large sections of concrete into small manageable pieces.

Bursting can be used on most concrete element such as stairs, walls, columns, slabs and foundations. It is a safe alternative to traditional breaking methods and eliminates HAVS.

The burster unit is placed into pre-drilled core holes where it can be used to break concrete and avoid cutting of reinforcement if it is to be retained.

SCABBLING

Scabbling is a mechanical process of removing a thin layer from concrete surfaces using specialized equipment.

Scabbling can be used for surface preparation for repairs, grouting or coating. Removing contaminants, adhesive or road markings. Creating decorative or textured concrete surfaces. Improving surface grip and slip resistance.

Levelling uneven surfaces.

CHASING

Concrete chasing is a fast and costeffective technique used to cut neat channels into concrete and masonry structures. Commonly used for conduit, pipework and electrical wiring.

Chasing involves using a diamond blade either handheld or track fixed saws, cutting to a desired depth and the remaining material broken and removed by hand tools.

The process is a dust free with the correct extraction. It’s accurate and precise and can be more effective than trying to form the channels in concrete or masonry at the time of construction.
