THE FARM SHED HERITAGE MUSEUM

Copper was discovered in this area in 1859. Welcome to the museum. This was a mine manager’s house for Matta Matta mine in the area of the Wallaroo Mines. Mining stopped here in 1923 but the museum is a testament to the past.
