How can collective housing formulas accommodate basic human necessities, form domestic publics, support inter-generational public services, and be useful to its context infrastructurally.

Proposal The Campana and Altamira District consist of 383.01 Acres of total area. 13 Colonies and a A proposal of a multi-platform infrastructure solution both in a block range and a full district range. To install a full Wi-Fi Link mesh system to provide everyone with free INTERNET. A centralized safe space for young children and teens is necessary. A Place for learning and Innovating. The Second Infrastructure proposal of a complete. Transportation Hub. The Nexo Station will connect with Monterrey’s own The Metro Rey, The Eco Via, and Trans metro. Noticing these 2 problems in our area I decided to combine the two necessities in too one combine Hub. The Golden Nautilus Aquatic Center + Typology Natatorium

Focusing on the direct relationship between water systems, materiality, geometry, and structure. Using advanced digital modeling tools in combination with material geometries to design a natatorium. Working on multiple scales, from water scarcity issues on-site to tectonic logic of the building to advanced material behaviors. The final, 60,000 SF, project located in downtown El Paso, will include public and private spaces and well-developed mechanical and structural systems that facilitate access to communal swimming and exercise.

Hydrology Analysis Researching the whole county of El Paso, findings include city boundries Water wells, ponding sites for greywater and runoff water, aquifers, rivers, canals,water treatment, and water retention sites.

Concept Iterations Biomimicry is a technological-oriented approach focused on putting nature’s patterns and lessons into practice. Seeing the Nautilus Shell as a model and cover façade to house the aquatic center. I mimic the shell’s long spans with minimum structure in Grasshopper algorithmic model to not only create the optimal design for the shell but also create a façade that follows the repetitiveness of the inner chambers.

Estacion Diesel Gas Tomza In the Estacion Diesel Gas Tomza as part of my internship under engineer Antonio Anota Figueroa, I was tasked to collaborate and draw structural features and details for this project under the supervision of Engineer Figueroa.
