Spartacus Salad with risone, black rice, red cherry tomato, cucumber, feta, red onion, black olives, herbs and a lemon based vinegar.

Recipe Ingredients: 150 g spartacus salad, roughly sliced bread, olive oil, dried oregano, sea salt.

Sprinkle the bread with olive oil and dried oregano and grill it nicely until crispy.

Place the Spartacus on the plate together with the bread and finish with sea salt and olive oil.

Green Valley

Buckwheat, broad beans peeled, broccoli rice, garden peas very fine, leaf spinach, honey mustard sauce.

Recipe

Ingredients: 150 gr Green Valley, 1 sole, butter, 2 egg yolks, water, pepper and salt, half a lemon, teaspoon of grain mustard.

Fry the sole in butter and remove the fillets from the bone. Make a mixture of the egg yolks, mustard, lemon and water.

Whip this up lightly and finish off with butter.

Place the Green Valley on the plate, place the sole fillet on top and divide the sauce over it.
