02. ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO VII

Program content: Development of a conceptual architectural project of a certain type of economic complexes and facilities with characteristic technological processes in a given architectural-urbanistic context. In the process of creating the architectural project, all relevant stakeholders are analyzed: location, technological process, equipment, workplaces, internal and external communications and infrastructure. During the design process, the established principles of shaping the space were applied through the use of characteristic constructive structures specific to this typology of objects. The rural environment with its specific programmatic-spatial and social situation can also be a task where the analysis is based on the specificity of the rural context.

Establishing a methodology for the design of industrial/commercial complexes and facilities, as well as familiarization with the basic procedures in the development of a project program through the analysis of different working environments. Analyzing specific situations depending on The complex and its context from the aspect of architectural and urban planning.

05. URBAN MODELING The scope of a smart neighborhood is located in the western part of Kichevo, near the bus stop station. The location is by the main road divided into an industrial zone and a zone for housing. By projecting the new market, creation of agricultural parks and the reuse of objects in the industrial zone area comes to life. In the housing zone with renewal of the facades in sustainable and introduction alternative energy sources, possible communication between the two zones and one circular process is created. A new market is projected, which represents a new center of the neighborhood and in a way a new center in the city that is now a new collective place, place for supplying and selling the products of agricultural parks which will contribute to the economy of the city.

By combining the urban and agricultural development in a larger concept, the place of the existing landfill we aimed to create an agro-park in which would be cultivated nuts with economic value in urban and agricultural infrastructure.

06. RIVERSIDE HOUSING IN SKOPJE ABSTRACT Migration, urban growth, and economic development are defining features of the capital today. This thesis aims to create a flexible housing prototype, strategically positioned to meet the city's housing needs while adapting to population growth and urban expansion. Modular systems offer a sustainable solution for accommodating urbanization's challenges, efficiently using limited land. This innovative housing model replaces traditional vertical apartments with flexible individual units, forming adaptable modules throughout Skopje. It emphasizes the exchange of resources with the ecosystem and embraces the concept of dynamic, everchanging cities. These modular units can expand or shrink as needed, allowing for seamless replacements and renovations within the urban fabric.

The aim of this thesis is to design riverside housing that could be multiplied and positioned all over the city of Skopje in different variations depending on the need and location. A solution that would rethink our entrenched conventional forms of housing with "formal, technological and material strategies based on modularity and repetition". Whether we are talking about designing an entire city or just individual buildings, the idea is to use modular structures to make this urban arrangement possible. Installation of prefabricated modular units in order to enable a new typology of housing that could integrate the qualities of a suburban home into an urban building. A new urban typology that can be perpetuated in an organic, transformative, metabolic way.
