Children’s sports base
Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, Arkhyz settlement
Brif:
-stimulating early interest and love for sports among young people; -formation of a quality environment in a developing neighborhood; -development of a sports cluster at the ski resort.
Ideas:
The main artistic and imaginative value of the project is the delicate introduction into nature and preservation of local identity. In the modern interpretation, the Circassian ancestral towers become an important part of the complex, and adherence to the principles of construction for comfortable stay of people in non-standard climatic conditions gave the project a special external appearance.

All functional blocks are interconnected. These are either internal connections that allow unobstructed movement without going outdoors, or open passageways through the terraces that girdle the complex.
A FRAGMENT OF THE PLAN AT + 5.400
FRAGMENTS OF THE PLAN AT - 3.600
Due to the stony soils, a pile foundation was chosen, in some places shallow. Differences in topography prompted the use of retaining walls, which provide for drainage.
SECTION 1-1
SECTION 2-2
The structural system of the buildings is monolithic-frame. Large-span spaces are covered with metal trusses.
Сoncert complex
Russia, Rostov-on-Don
Brif:
-provide for a large and a small hall-multifunctional space; -barrier-free environment; -develop recreational areas in the territory; -amphitheater.
Ideas:
-classical style architecture supports the historical building of the city; -emphasis on material - abundant use of voluminous brickwork. This is one way to reinterpret traditional brick and make the building modern and contextual at the same time; -multi-level hall space, the main idea of which is materiality and monumentality.

CITY SITUATIONAL PLAN
SCALE 1:100000
Since the city is currently developing and the boundaries of the central part are shifting, the embankment was chosen as the territory for implementation.
SITE LOCATION PLAN
SCALE 1:5000
It is becoming a new cultural, entertainment and recreational core, and therefore attracts tourists and locals.
The concept of my project is based on the Rostov-onDon development method, since due to its urban planning specifics, the city is characterized by the reconstruction and reinterpretation of inactive buildings, cultural and entertainment venues.

Educational complex kindergarten-primary school
Russia, Rostov-on-Don
Brif:
-organization of visitor flows in such a way that schoolchildren and preschoolers do not intersect; -bright facades; -event square; -large concert hall.
Ideas:
Combine two necessary functions (school and kindergarten) in one volume. This will be useful for both children and parents with many children, who will find it easier to take their children to school before work.
At the same time, the task is to create an appearance of the complex that will appeal to children of different ages.

CITY SITUATIONAL PLAN
SCALE 1:100000
New residential areas are actively developing in the city. In one of them, next to the high-rise buildings, it is necessary to build a school and kindergarten.
SITE LOCATION PLAN
SCALE 1:10000
FLOW CHART OF VISITORS
The idea was to break the functional blocks into literal block shapes and arrange them in such a way that they form semi-closed zones, each of which is also assigned to a specific task.
The buildings are arranged in such a way that the streams of schoolchildren and preschoolchildren don’t intersect.
