Achieving the position, I now hold today was not easy, I always lived below my means, never stopped learning, and understanding and the will to share. Being the youngest of 11 living in a two-bedroom one bath house, both parents were blue color workers. Sometimes barely having enough to just get by. I lead by example, if you really want to achieve and are willing to put in the work, anything is possible.
My do over, would be, once I became a father, to have spent more time with my kids and family. I discovered that true happiness is the ability to be a fully rounded person. When at work, work and when at home be at home, 100% all in at whatever it is that you are doing at that moment.

I learned from a very young age to apply every idea and lesson that was impactful to me and to do everything with excellence. Once you are able to achieve that coveted personal success, you are ready to multiply yourself in others. The value of helping others become the best version of themselves is even higher than your own personal achievements. My parents, my remarkable husband, my amazing dogs, my "Jervis work family", and above all, my loving God that continues to provide blessings on top of blessings!
