FUN FACTS: Piñata's origin goes back to 1200's. Marco Polo observed a Chinese celebration of a clay animal decorated with paper. It was broken open and spilled out the bounty of seeds which all the villagers planted. Polo brought this concept back to Italy and piñatas became a beautiful art form world-wide.
