TERMS & CONDITIONS OPENING ORDERS All opening orders must be pre-paid via credit card. • New Accounts $350 • Re-Order $150 SCENT DISCOVERY Discovery kits are available for sampling fragrances before purchasing. The kit value will be credited toward a full-size order placed within 30 days. PAYMENT Orders must be submitted with a valid credit card or prepaid via ACH payment link. We do not accept checks. Credit cards are charged at the time of order; all orders ship prepaid. Net 30 terms are available on a limited, case-by-case basis. IN-STORE TESTERS You have the option to order one tester at 50% of the wholesale cost for each scent you order. Please contact wholesale@littletorch.co for details. Testers are shipped without retail packaging and are not labeled for retail sale. SHIPPING Prices do not include shipping. Orders ship UPS Ground, FOB Austin, TX 78723, in the order received, within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Lead times may extend during peak seasons and holidays. During periods of extreme heat, shipment may be delayed to protect product quality and we cannot guarantee candle condition for those orders. If you request shipment during extreme heat, additional packing fees will apply. RETURNS & CLAIMS Non-defective returns are not accepted. Slight variations are expected as part of the hand-poured process. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns and refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges. PRICES & MAP POLICY All wholesale and retail prices are subject to change without notice. Little Torch has adopted a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy applicable to all authorized U.S. retailers. ONLINE RETAIL STORES We are currently limiting the number of online-only retailers.
