The smoking process is crucial for the perfect taste
We make our bacon by first salting the meat, then it is dried and smoked over beechwood until the taste is perfect. The smoking and drying process happen through several rounds until we get our very own, special taste.
Time efficient: With pre-cooked bacon, the job is already done and more time in the kitchen is freed.
Cost effective: The bacon is sorted and packed for the highest possible portions – control and minimal waste in the kitchen.

Tip!
Cook your bacon in the oven and let the fat drain. Cut the crispy bacon into small flakes and freeze it beforehand. Afterwards put the bacon into an airtight jar and keep it cold. Now you have the perfect accessory for your salads, sandwiches or as topping on your favorite meal.
