Educators and the youth (16-25 yrs) learn from world-class National Geographic photographers, videographers and visual designers. You are taught to use compelling photography, video, graphics and audio to tell stories in the most impactful ways to inspire change."

National Geographic Society Mon Plaisir is about the Storytelling For Impact - Photography course I followed.

Behind those 8 photos I chose to tell "My Story of Place", I have taken some 50 photos to be able to capture the impact I wanted to create in my storytelling.

Mon Plaisir (My Pleasure) located in Albion Coastal Village, Mauritius Island, is a place of pure magic.

At dawn, this place reveals itself as giving you the opportunity to 'become light' and 'become clear ' within and make your soul dance with the colours.

You feel in harmony with nature and the world. A sense of belonging to the Universe. The immensity of the deep sea, the waves welcoming you in its white robe and the rocky storytellers as daily witnesses, will empower and inspire you. Just sitting with them, you can hear them telling you their adventures within this vast tapestry of nature. Mon Plaisir is your pleasure of being YOU, connecting with yourself and your inner 'nature' source. Mon Plaisir is a piece of Magic on Planet Earth, Mon Plaisir is the Freedom of re-connecting, Mon Plaisir is the Freedom to heal, Mon Plaisir is simply the Freedom to BE YOU!!!
