STEELCASE NEXT COMPETITION

Next is creating a new wave of technology that will motivate others to keep moving towards a goal. Our concept will combine an industrial feel with a homey environment so that the employees feel as though they are comfortable in their own home. This will be executed by a floor plan that will be extremely open with minimal doors for full creative freedom.

This restaurant re-design was one of my first projects as an Interior Architecture major. We used our basic skills to create a restaurant that was located in the South Loop and will join different communities together. I chose Mediterranean cuisine due to the Greek population surrounding the area and the lack of spots nearby will help create an inclusive and diverse environment.
