A letter from our MD
Hi All
It does feel like writing this note comes around quicker every season, as a business we can’t quite believe we are getting close to being nearly half way through 2025 already and by the time you read this, that milestone will have possibly have come and gone.
Globally it has been quite honestly, the craziest time I can remember, the announcements from the new US administration have been difficult to follow and as a Global business, even more difficult to manage. The impacts of the Tariff’s have already had and will continue to have far reaching effects, driving a huge amount of geopolitical uncertainty. As always we try to make the best possible decisions for both our business and our trusted customers but there is no doubt that the uncertainty will make this year another challenging one whether through pricing, shipping or general demand for all products.
The good news is we will continue to do what we do best, bring you on-trend innovation as quickly as possible across our range of brands. You will see newness across all brands this year with a focus on innovative giftable lines for all demographics, we are also adding Travel ranges into both Danielle and Vintage brands as we see this category continuing to grow across all retailers.
Even more exciting is to share our new acquisition; Look Beauty. Look Beauty is a Canadian business that we acquired in March with a focus on masking and skincare ranges sourced in South Korea, we now have 3 new Look Beauty brands to present; Animalz, masque BAR and my iN.grediants. This is hugely exciting as we know K Beauty is a category that continues to be on-trend and in growth, the range really focuses on amazing ingredients backed up by the quality everyone has come to expect from Korean suppliers, we are truly excited to have these brands as part of our portfolio and see a huge opportunity to grow your businesses.
