Dan has over 25 years of experience as a finance professional working with major Fortune 500 companies throughout his career He began his career as a Financial Advisor and throughout his career has been an Assistant Branch Manager, where he supervised Senior Wealth Advisors, and has been responsible for the hiring and training of new Financial Advisors
His Role
Dan Ladner began his career with his current firm in 2008 and is responsible for analyzing client objectives, determining strategic and tactical asset allocation policies, selecting investment managers, and reviewing results He and his team help develop customized wealth management solutions for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, private foundations/endowments, and privately controlled corporations. They manage fixed income, equity, and other types of investment portfolios on behalf of their clients
Dan’s focus is on financial planning in the areas of budgeting and mid-term and long-term wealth-accumulation strategies He successfully continues to achieve his clients’ retirement and estate planning goals through asset allocation portfolios and private investments.

Accredited from Columbia University, Dan is a Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM), having earned the designation from the Columbia School of Engineering Fu Foundation School in conjunction with the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers (ACPM) and Fintech Computer Programming.
Additionally, Daniel Ladner has completed the Chicago Booth School Certified Private Wealth Advisor Program and attended Graduate studies at Harvard University Extension School. Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from City University of New York (CUNY) with a concentration in Public Administration.
He was selected for a fellowship in the New York State Assembly and Senate in Albany, which was extended to a position as Legislative Assistant, where he worked on assisting elected members on the Judiciary, Corporation, and Education Committees
Dan maintains his Series 7, 9, 10, 31, 63, 65, and Life insurance licenses He is registered to conduct securities business and provide investment advisory services in more than 30 states, including New York, California, Florida, and Texas. This broad registration reflects the national scope of his client relationships and his ability to serve individuals, families, and organizations across the country
Community Involvement
Dan Ladner has served as Chairman of the Board of Adjustments, appointed by the Mayor and City Council and elected Chairman by fellow Board members, to oversee the Meadowlands and Secaucus Commercial and Residential Zoning variances (certified in Municipal Land Use)
He was also appointed to the Super Bowl Committee to represent the Town of Secaucus, elected by his neighbors to serve as a Board Member for two terms at his condominium association, and appointed twice by his fellow board members to the position of Treasurer and to represent the community on the street association, which includes over residential and commercial units.
Dan is also passionate about supporting numerous charitable organizations, public services, and various fraternal organizations.
Active in the NY Athletic Club
Dan is also a member of the globally renowned New York Athletic Club, where he enjoys playing squash, tennis, golf, and clay shooting. For Dan, participating in sports is more than recreation; it’s a way to stay sharp, challenge himself, and unwind among friends and colleagues.
