MK – Our MK Kit was developed to immobilize a broad range of exotic animal species. It’s an excellent choice for a broad range of fi eld work off ering smooth induction and quick recovery times. It’s recommended for use on fawns and smaller does.
MK Kit
MK2™ - Our MK2™ Kit contains a higher concentration of medetomidine and ketamine than the MK formulation and thus provides longer and deeper sedation, extended working time and quick recovery. It’s recommended for larger-bodied white-tailed deer and bucks (as well as other large species).
MK2™ Kit
MKB™ - Our MKB™ Kit builds on our MK combinations by adding butorphanol. The MKB™ formulation off ers smooth induction with faster reversal times than the MK formulation due to a lower concentration of ketamine. It’s recommended for free range capture scenarios where there is a risk of losing the animal post-injection.
