More and more clubs are making Dana Cup a family getaway and a yearly tradition. Dana Cup can assist parents, family members and supporters wishing to book accommodation while they are here in Hjørring.
Here you can see our information about our hotels, apartments, camping and youth hostels etc. All of the options found on our website are fully booked by the Dana Cup, so orders have to be made through our office. For groups with their own transport, we also have some other types of accommodation like scout cabins, preschools, colonies etc. - Get in touch for further information, prices and bookings via soccer@danacup.dk
HOTELS ARE ALWAYS CHEAPEST VIA THE DANA CUP
Our accommodations get sold out quickly, so do not leave it too late to order.
After we have received your booking we will send a confirmation and invoice for the payment. You will see the payment details on the invoice and your booking is only valid when the deposit has been paid.
UPGRADE OPTIONS FOR TEAMS!
We can also assist teams that wish to upgrade from the normal classroom accommodation on a school (A-band). If your team wishes to upgrade, it is only possible at the places marked with “Upgrade option” next to the name.
Teams wishing to upgrade will pay the start fee for their team and then the D-band participation fee.
DANA CUP EATING CARDS AND DANA CUP-BAND FOR ACCOMPANYING PARENTS/SUPPORTERS
As a travelling parent / supporter you can also eat our meals at the Dana Cup center.
On arrival to the Dana Cup you can purchase your eating card in the Information office in the Park Vendia. We have two different types of cards.
• Eating card all week without breakfast
• Eating card all week with all meals (Monday dinner to Saturday lunch)
In our Information office you can also buy eating cards for single meals during the week.

The nature in Hirtshals can take your breath away. You can enjoy it directly from the hotel where most of the apartments have ocean views or you can take a walk in the beautiful sand dunes just outside your door. You will stay in well-equipped holiday apartments with free admission to all of the facilities. The huge swimming pool has a glass covered sun deck and a baby pool, sauna, outdoors swimming pool with a fantastic 37 m long slippery slide.
There is also a building with indoors activities like table tennis, billiards, games and a huge play room. Wi-Fi is free of charge. There is minigolf and football golf. Own transport is needed. The apartments are individually owned, and there might be a difference in the standard.

Cabins for 2, 4 and 6 persons. 6 clusters of 10 cabins each with their own shared toilet and shower block. The cabins have a little terrace with table and chairs.
Cabins for 2 persons have one room with a bunk bed and cabins for 4 or 6 persons have two rooms with bunk beds. The cabins for 6 persons have 2 mattresses in the loft.
There is no kitchen and it is not possible to make your own meals in the cabins, they are basically for sleeping only.
Free Wi-Fi. The price includes bed linen and towels. Own transport needed. Within walking distance of the Dana Cup center area.

HIRTSHALS IDRÆTSCENTER
CLOSE TO THE SOCCER FIELDS, 15 KMS FROM HJØRRING
2, 4, 8 and 10 persons rooms and halls. Entrance to the toilet and showers in the hallway, a beautiful terrace, fridge, shared living room with TV and eating room. Own transport is needed. Located close to football fields, which are sometimes used for the Dana Cup. It is also possible to book the swimming hall on an hourly basis. It is possible to book the whole center if you have 12 or more teams.

Dana Cup takes place in and around Hjørring in the Top of Denmark, which for generations has been a popular holiday resort with its distinctive nature, long coast line and the ever present sea. In the Top of Denmark, you are greeted by hospitable friendly people, beautiful scenery and glorious white beaches. Only a few kilometers from the playing fields you will find some exciting activities for the whole family, along with arts, shopping, gastronomy and wellness.

HJØRRING
Hjørring is the old cultural capital of Vendsyssels, and Hjørring welcomes guests to shopping, café’s, museums and plenty of experiences like the Hjørring Classic cabaret and theater. With loads of specialty shops, the shopping center - Metropol and a wide range of supermarkets, there is a plenty of opportunities to do a good deal in Hjørring.
It is also a very charming market town with inviting walking streets, squares and lots of atmosphere. At the P. Nørkjærs Plads there awaits an artistic experience.
LØNSTRUP
In Lønstrup the city is filled with arts and craft galleries and workshops. Here you can also experience the harsh nature where the North Sea is slowly eating the cliff that the city is built on.
Rubjerg Knude is the highest and wildest part of the Lønstrup cliff and it is now possible to climb up inside the sandy Rubjerg Knude Fyr via an inside stairway.
HIRTSHALS & TVERSTED
Hirtshals is the perfect holiday destination for families who love the nature and would like to enjoy an active holiday. Here you will find kilometers of beautiful beaches and some of the best waters for windsurfing and loads of opportunities for fishing both of the coastline or from a tour boat. In Hirtshals you will also find the North Sea Oceanarium - Northern Europe’s largest aquarium.
In Tversted you can also get close to the nature, enjoy a walk along the wide beach or take a trip to Tversted Plantation and Tversted lakes. A visit to Tversted is not over until you have visited the Blå Ishus (Blue Icecream house) and enjoyed a beautiful icecream.
LØKKEN
The seaside town of Løkken on the North Sea offers a load of fun activities for the whole family, as well as cafes and a cozy atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a beach lifestyle on Denmark’s widest beach even if you wish to participate in the activities on the beach or just relax with some peace and quiet.
In Løkken you can shop in the charming walking streets or enjoy a fantastic menu from one of the many restaurants.
AALBORG
Visit Aalborg - North Jutlands capital.
Here you can shop, enjoy life at the new waterfront or hop in the harbour pool to cool down in the Limfjorden.
SKAGEN
At the end of the World, where the two oceans meet, you will find the little fishing town of Skagen. The special atmosphere in the city, the light that reflects upon the sea and the nature that is worn by the wind and the sand, makes it always a pleasure to visit Skagen.
The city can offer loads of arts and crafts, a vibrant city life and experiences for all generations, 365 days a year.
