Purpose: Designing a SOHO type apartment that can accommodate 2 functions: living and working.
Work From Home (WFH) is predicted to affect how people work after this pandemic ends. Thus, today’s dwellings are expected to be adaptable and designed to support working from home activities. Residential should have a special area for work and a special area for living, in order to increase worker productivity.
Small Office Home Office (SOHO) is considered to be one of the solutions to this problem. The focus of this project is to design interior spaces that accommodate foreign workers to live and work from home.

Typology: Public Library
Purpose: Designing a public library that facilitates the need for educational space as a center of knowledge around the area.
Around the site, there are various schools and campuses so the design of this public library must be able to reach various elements and ages that access knowledge in this building.
Carrying out the ramp concept as vertical access, visitors are expected to be able to access books on each floor on foot. This is a symbol of the journey to reach the desires and curiosity that must be achieved by moving.
The façade which is cut at the corners is an adaptation to the bookshelves which must be protected from the sun but still get natural light.

Purpose: To design apartments for millennials with middle and upper social classes using the interlock system concept from Le Corbusier
Kemayoran district in the northern part of Central Jakarta lies just at the border with the district of North Jakarta. At its heart is the large Kemayoran complex, once Jakarta’s old airport, that has been transformed into a sprawling exhibition area, named the Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO) venue surrounded by business offices. Moreover, the district is close to Jakarta’s oldest shopping centers, Pasar Baroe and Mangga Dua. The middle and upper social classes are scattered around the area so that the provision of studio and loft apartment types is considered to be able to meet the needs of millennials.

Purpose: Design a compact house for a family of 3 family members equipped with a work space and a rooftop garden.
The space requirement for a family of 3 can be met with sufficient space. Provide space on the first floor so they can gather on the sidelines of their activities at home. as well providing home office facilities to fulfill the work of the parents.
Accommodating space requirements in limited land is very challangeing. But dont forget to provide a semi open space to keep getting good air flow and adequate lighting. Green open space also gives the impression of being spacious and airy.
Advantages of having a small house:
More energy efficient. Smaller homes are often more energy efficient because they have less space to heat and cool, which means they have a lower ecological footprint
Less cleaning and maintenance required. Fewer rooms means less time spent on cleaning and housekeeping
Comfortable and intimate
Cheaper. Smaller houses are cheaper
Changing our lifestyle. This is part of human adaptation to the environment

Purpose: Designing an interior for a coffee shop aimed at cyclists
Tjuan Coffee is a coffee shop targeted at bicycle users as an adaptation to current trends. Provisions of outdoor space as a bicycle parking area and a place for cyclists to rest.
The open bar is the main attraction for visitors who want to see the process of creating their coffee orders. Interaction can occur directly without being limited by barriers.
