A Tasteful Place
A Tasteful Place features a view of the iconic Dallas skyline overlooking White Rock Lake. The colorful garden outside a glass-walled, culinary pavilion is woven in a beautiful tapestry of ornamentally displayed fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers. A Tasteful Place was inspired by the movement toward growing and eating sustainable fresh, locally grown food. This indoor venue is the perfect spot to host birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, as well as chef-driven dinner experiences.
Daytime and evening rentals Monday - Sunday. The venue holds up to 150 guests for a seated meal, or up to 200 for a cocktail style party. Evening Rental Fee Friday - Saturday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $7,300. Evening Rental Fee Sunday - Thursday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $6,200. Daytime Rental Fee Saturday (4 hour rental: 9am - 1pm) $4,800. Daytime Rental Fee Sunday - Friday (4 hour rental: 9am - 1pm) $4,100. You must use one of our 6 approved caterers for food and beverage service. Prices subject to change during festival seasons.
Rosine Hall
Rosine Hall, one of our two indoor venues, is the perfect setting to host a larger celebration. The floor-to-ceiling windows give views of the charming terrace and plaza areas, which afford magnificent vistas unique to the Dallas Arboretum. Windows inset in the pitched roof, exposed natural beams, and the atrium’s openness further amplifies the expansiveness of the hall. With an airwall that divides the room, the hall can accommodate any sized party. Rosine Hall is perfect for your celebration.

DeGolyer Loggia & Estate
The Loggia is the back brick patio of the DeGolyer Estate. Host your celebration nestl ed in the trees, with gorgeous views of White Rock Lake. Whether open air or in a beautiful garden tent, DeGolyer Loggia parties are show stopping.
Evening rentals Sunday - Friday. The loggia holds up to 200 guests for a seated meal, or up to 250 for a cocktail style party. Evening Rental Fee Thursday - Friday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $7,000. Evening Rental Fee Sunday - Wednesday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $5,900. You must use one of our 6 approved caterers for food and beverage service. The serving of red wine is not permitted inside the DeGolyer Estate due to the historical nature of the home. Birthday’s and Baby Showers are not permitted in the space due to certain limitations.
Alex Camp House Estate
Looking for an intimate party, but with all the bells and whistles? Host your party inside the Alex Camp House. With it’s historic charm and breath taking views, you’re sure to wow your guests as soon as they step foot into the house. Greet your guests with a glass of champagne or a cute bouquet making station. The Alex Camp House is perfect for any celebration.
Daytime and evening rentals Sunday - Friday. The venue holds up to 70 guests for outdoor seated meal, or up to 100 for a cocktail style party inside the house and on the terrace. Evening Rental Fee Friday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $5,700. Evening Rental Fee Sunday - Thursday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $4,600. Daytime Rental Fee Sunday - Thursday (4 hour rental: 10am - 2pm) $3,500. You must use one of our 6 approved caterers for food and beverage service. Permanent, lit tent on the terrace patio during March-June & September - December. Garden tents and outdoor lighting are provided by our exclusive vendor partner Big D Party Rentals, and can be arranged through your sales manager. Lighting is required and is an additional fee. Alex Camp House Lawn
The Alex Camp House overlooks lush lawns and the tranquil White Rock Lake. The Alex Camp House is a fully furnished white brick, two-story home with outdoor terraces facing the lake. The private entrance and dramatic circular drive can accommodate valet parking for evening parties. It is the ideal venue for a breath taking garden party.

Evening Rental Fee Friday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $8,600. Evening Rental Fee Sunday - Thursday (6 hour rental: 4pm - 10pm) $7,400. Daytime Rental Fee Sunday - Thursday (4 hour rental: 10am - 2pm) $6,200. You must use one of our 6 approved caterers for food and beverage service. Permanent, lit tent on the terrace patio during March-June & September - December. WHAT’S INCLUDED EVENT SALES MANAGER Your event manager is your single point of contact who provides a set up consultation and coordination of facility management on the day of the event.

EVENT FACILITATOR An event facilitator (EF) is included on the day of the party. He/she will oversee vendor load in, setup and strike of vendors. The EF can assist with venue lighting, window shade adjustments, and fireplaces (dependent on venue used).
SECURITY Security is provided for parties serving alcohol.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND AD ONS TENTING In the event of inclement weather, Alex Camp House Lawn and the DeGolyer Loggia will need a tent as a rain plan. This tent is optional. This is an additional charge, custom priced based on the size and style of the tent.
LIGHTING Alex Camp House Lawn and the DeGolyer Loggia require lighting. This is required with the rental and an additional charge, custom priced based on style and amount of light needed.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE Any food service needing the use of the venue kitchen will have to be provided by one of our six approved caterers. Beverage Service will need to be provided by our exclusive bar vendor: Proof of the Pudding.

We require you to use these vendors in these categories to ensure quality of product and service as well as keeping our public guests safe during daytime installation.
