LOGO The Prism logo is designed to show quality, clarity, and modernism. The spectrum of colors is used to enforce the clarity of the lenses that are in our microscope.

WORD MARK LOCKUP The Prism word mark is 1/4 the height of the image mark and then centered both vertically and horizontally in the prism itself. The color of the word mark when used with the image mark is white to further promote the clarity aspect of the Prism company.

IMAGE MARK The image mark is a six sided hexagon that uses the six basic colors in the color wheel and then overlaps them so that they blend and give the appearance of light shining through a prism. Like our lenses the image is clear.

TAGLINE The tagline “The Clear Difference� infers to Prisms top quality lenses. The tagline will sit just under the word mark and be centered. The typeface is Avenir Next Light Italics. When using a microscope its important to see the little things and the slight wisp of the italics below the more bold word mark makes it obvious.

TYPEFACE The word mark and the tagline both use Avenir Next which presents the image that Prism is looking for. This typeface has a very professional and modern look while also using a bit of elegance in its curvy letters like s and o. The type also has a consistent look throughout to further emphasise the dependability of Prism products.

COLOR PALETTE The color palette for Prism consists of the six main colors in the spectrum. These colors are used in the image mark where they are overlaid on top of each other to create a spectrum of colors that you would see coming out of a prism.
