This replaces stabbing the tooth with and instrument. This low-powered laser detects decayed areas on and in the tooth and alerts Dr. Harris to the severity of the cavity by indicating a digital number ranging from 1 to 100+. Early detection of cavities prevents the loss of tooth structure, keeping the tooth strong and resistant to fracture.

Dr. Harris uses lasers for many purposes including filling cavities (pain-free with no anesthetic), teeth whitening, gum reshaping and minor surgical procedures. New laser technology has also been developed and approved by the FDA to treat Periodontal Disease. The laser uses low energy power to treat the diseased gums and deep pockets, often without anesthesia.

Digital X-Rays offer an 80 percent reduction in radiation with no need for film or processing chemicals.

Images are instant and allow for color contrasting, improving diagnostics and treatment of serious dental issues.

The innovative treatment of cavities without drilling allows you to stop cavities early without pain or any unecessary loss of healthy hard tissue.

It is not only used in the treatment of early cavities but also used on white spots after braces. This breakthrough micro-invasive technology fills and reinforces demineralized enamel without drilling or anesthesia.

The Single Tooth Anesthesia (STA) System takes the guesswork out of administering anesthetic, enabling Dr. Harris to precisely administer a painfree injection to numb a single tooth instead of the entire lower jaw. STA has an immediate onset of one to two minutes, whereas the typical injection can take eight to 12 minutes.
