ABOUT THE PROJECT // This document studied the development feasibility of a 55-acre parcel for an office campus for technology companies in conjunction with an educational campus, and a 9-acre potential retail/mixed-use parcel. Documenting present conditions, including land use, ecological, and socio-cultural components, to serve as the foundation for analysis and development initiatives.
My Role // Compiling and crating a document that was a culmination of expert recommendations that was supported through critical analysis of area norms and codes, Graphical representations and case studies.

About the Project // A kiosk style food court designed for people working in IT-offices at one of the biggest IT developments in Bangalore. Designed for enriched user-experience and user-comfort by integrating landscape features and shaded sitting spaces into a prefabricated and easy to construct structure.
My Role // Compiling and crafting a concept presentation that was supported through critical analysis of climate,surrounding site and codes. Eventually, creating a graphical language of diagrams to explain and present to the client.

About the Project // A 45-acre Educational Campus Master plan for Amara Raja Skill Development Center, an institution that provides resources and infrastructure to vulnerable youth in order for them to build a life for themselves and their families while also contributing to the country’s development.
My Role // Curating and formulating a concept presentation based on critical analysis of the climate, surrounding site, and codes. Eventually, a graphical language of diagrams will be created to explain and present to the client. Later, I worked on creating a BIM model and assisting with construction drawings and details.
