Bounce Back Loan

The scheme helps small and medium-sized businesses to borrow between £2,000 and up to 25% of their turnover. The maximum loan available is £50,000 with no interest to pay for the first 12 months, after that the interest rate will be 2.5% a year.

The Bank of England will buy short-term debt from large companies to offer financial assistance during what may be difficult times.

Kickstart Scheme The Kickstart Scheme can help your business offer a young person a 6-month job placement designed to give them the skills and experience they need to find work once the scheme has been completed. Available in England, Scotland and Wales the placements will be 100% funded for 25 hours a week and there’s £1,500 available per job placement for setup costs, support and training.

Self-Employment Income Support Scheme

If you’re self-employed or a member of a partnership and have been adversely affected by coronavirus, you may be able to use this scheme to claim a grant. Although applications for the first taxable grant closed on 13 July, applications for the second taxable grant are now open until 19 October.
